I am a Transformational Coach, working with others to overcome the impact of sexual abuse, domestic abuse, emotional abuse and coercive control.  And assist them in reinventing their lives. 

My passion for this work stems from my own personal lived experience.  And the healing journey I took, to recover from the lifelong traumatic impact of rape and abuse.  I now share what I learned in my personal journey and professional practice to help others live a full joyful life!
